Resolved - Please note that polling is now up to date and processing live transactions at pace. We will continue to monitor polling throughout the evening to ensure no further disruption to polling.

Monitoring - A fix has been implemented and we are currently monitoring the polling queue. We can now see transactions processing through to Macromatix at a rapid rate. Due to the large backlog of pending checks, it may take 2 - 4 hours to completely recover.

We will continue to monitor the situation and provide any updates as they arise.

Identified - The issue has been identified and a fix is being implemented. We anticipate polling to resume shortly.

Investigating - We are currently investigating a polling delay with sales processing into Macomatix. Our Applications Team are currently reviewing the delay between Micros and Macromatix with the highest priority.
